Medialink - License key not received...

I bought Medialink from Nullriver today but I still haven't gotten a license key! It's been a few hours and while I first thought it might just be slow, a quick twitter search reveals that many other people are having the same issue. My credit card was charged, but nothing from Nullriver. And of course, I sent them a few emails.

I had no problem getting mine, but recall having to check my junk mail before i found it.....

And when did you get it? Just check a twitter search like this. Tons of people aren't getting keys.

glad I saw this post; I was thinking of buying it,but it looks like they have no customer service.

Ya, I'm pissed. So I found a license key online... (since I purchased it anyway, don't ask for it, that stuff isn't allowed here), and I hope Paypal responds to my complaint soon.
