Hey, i'll explain my scenario.

im a second year medical student.

i have an iPad, iPhone and MBP.

i have a selection of notes on all my cases + histories from a friend in .pages format.
i have a few ebooks of medical text books I've already purchased and A LOT of text books i want scanned into my iPad but i can't find electronic versions to download. :(

i already have:
1) dropbox synced to a folder on my MBP with all the notes my friend gave me in .pages
2) CHM reader - for the chm files
3) ibooks - for the PDF text books i do have
4) pages for the odd word processing

what i really want is:
1) a way to take pictures of my notes on the blackboard, rename, annotate them AND upload them to my dropbox!!
2) edit my .pages documents via dropbox and keep it all synced beautifully
3) any apps which allow me to go paperless... i DO like handwriting notes but i do lose them so i'd love any application which allows me to scan/photo them into dropbox etc.

and any other medical apps (free preferably) would be awesome!!

thank you!!!

I like Dragon Medical primarily for ICD 9 codes, but it offers more than that. This is a free app with voice recognition and multiple search engines. It's worth a try.
