I just had PRK surgery and it is great to get rid of the astigmatism.
My issue now is that now that I'm back at work, I forget that I should do my eye drops at regular intervals....
Optiva tears every 30 mins
Some of the others 3-4 times a day and honestly I just forget. Anyone have any apps they recommend?
Thanks.

A couple ways to do this with the Clocks app on the phone. You can use a timer set for 30 minutes to do your drops. Easy enough to restart the timer with the same setting.

Alternately, set up a few alarms set to go off every day at a set time. That way, you can have an alarm for 9 am, another for 12, another for 3 pm, another for 6 pm every day. Set the times up for what ever times of day you need to do the 3 to 4 doses.

It's already there, waiting for you to use it, and the alarm WILL go off with the phone asleep and the app not even open in the task bar. I have a daily noon alarm that reminds me to take a pill.
