Hi there,
I am trying to print an advertisement I worked on from Photoshop CS3 to a PIXMA Pro9500; however, the photographic part of it is printing with soft edges and sort of depthless, muddy shadows. I have the file converted to RGB (SRGB working space) and have the correct profile set for the printer and media (Canon semi gloss). Photoshop is handling color management, which automatically disables color management in the driver.
Anybody have any suggestions on how to improve the output?
Compared to dye-based inkjets, do pigment-based printers require more fiddling to get good results?
Thanks
