Megacloud.com gone dark...

Since November, Megacloud.com has gone dark. A search here hasn't revealed any threads and there isn't much on the web said about why its down or if its coming back. Funny thing is that the iOS App is still live. What's up with that?

If their website is offline and they're providing cloud based synchronization, I'd stay away from them since you may lose your data. I'd also be worried about the security of my data too.
