Hi guys, another question for you...
what does actually happen if I plug a 60w megasafe adapter instead of an 85w adapter into my Macbook Pro? I mean, I'm using a 60w right now, and it's doing quite good, the green light is on, everything's ok, but I know that the right adapter for my pro (15inches) should be the 85w.
Is it going to last?
Or is it going to ruin my macbook, finally?

Ps. I'm from Italy, this is why I have to deal with 60w or 85w, I dunno if you have the same measures by the way...

thx

So I guess this power supply was recycled from some other Mac? Anyway, it could eventually cause the power supply to fail. The only other issue I can think of is that your Mac may not charge if the computer is drawing a lot of power (high CPU). That is, even with the computer plugged in you may slowly discharge the battery because the power supply can't power the computer completely and charge the battery at the same time.
