Meizu 'iPhone'

So I have been hearing a lot of stuff about the Meizu 'iphone', but i dont know anything about it. It's cheaper, and now they are saying it will be optimized to include a 16GB flash drive. Is the cheapness due to where it was made, or is there something that i am missing?
