Memento in chronological order

I have just encoded Memento and understand there's an Easter Egg version on the disc which shows the movie in chronological order. Is there a way to encode it this way so I have both versions?

I've looked in the route folder of the disc and there's only the original version.

Any help would be great!

I have some sort of 2-disc DVD that has the chronologically ordered movie on the 2nd DVD disc as an extra.
