iPhone Memoji From Picture?

I thought I heard something during the keynote that we could make an memoji from a picture in iOS 13? I only see how to make one by customizing all the appearances manually. Any idea? Thanks.

I haven't found it either. You might be thinking that you can set them for your contact picture.
