Memories do not Update

Hi, I can’t figure this out. My memories have not updated since the day I set up the Apple TV. On my iPhone they are constantly updating, but not my Apple TV they have never refreshed since the initial download on Day 1. I signed out of the iCloud account and signed back in, but it reloaded the same old memories.

And yes I’ve confirmed that the iCloud account on the phone and TV are the same. Trying to avoid a factory reset…
