Memory brand.

ok what brand of memory should i buy for my mid-2010 13inch macbook pro? I have absolutely no idea the memory brand thats in the macbook pro.

I'm considering to maximise the memory to 8gig, thats the max the macbook pro can support.

Secondly being DDR3 can i use 1333MHz memory in it or I'm left with 1067MHZ and no other?
