I purchase yesterday an early 2011 MBP, This is a one with 320GB HG, I check and the table bellow is the memory for this Laptop with the maximun recomended by Apple. My questions is, I have a late 2011 Mac Mini and this is the same co=nfiguration (Of course, the mac mini came with only 2GB)

My question is; Can I use the same memory in both computer?

Installed RAM: - 4 GB (2x2GB)
Max. Amount: - 8 GB (2x4GB)
Amount of Slots: - 2
RAM Speed: - 1333 MHz
RAM Type: - PC3-10600 DDR3 SDRAM

Yes, you can use the same 204-pin DDR SO-DIMM modules for both Macs. The 2011 Mac mini and 2011 MBP can currently have up to 16 GB RAM.

Great, because I have another pair of memory board that I purchase by error for my mac mini and now I can use it almost 8 gigas until in a future I can add 16 to my MBP, thanks for the prompt answer.

Now I'm going tolooks here how to replace the board to my MBP.
