I bought a Macbook Pro Retina off eBay (Early 2015 model)

I got the Mac, and everything works 100%, but i noticed memory shows 1887Mhz report under "About this Mac"

When i do PRAM reset i hear 3 tones so it failed memory integrity check..

Is this a problem ? Apart from that, the system works fine.

Restart the laptop in hardware testing mode, run the memory check. If it doesn't pass, then yes, you have a problem. Everything might appear to be done, but you WILL run into data corruption issues sooner than later if your RAM is defective.
