I hover around ~220 without any apps open. I feel that is a low number though I would like your opinion.

I've tried uninstalling most of my Cydia apps without any change in available memory. Here is my list of Cydia apps:

Activator
appslide
Barrel
biteSMS
CallBar
CyDelete
f.lux
FakeClockUp
FolderEnhancer
FullScreen for Safari
GridTab for Safari
Iconoclasm
iFile
iSHSHit
Landscape Lock
Lockscreen Clock Hide
NoSpot
OpenSSH
PandoraSkips
PdaNet
ProTube
SBSettings
Springtomize 2
Update Hider
WeeFlashlight
WeeSlide
WiFi Passwords
Winterboard
Zephyr
3G Unrestrictor

So obviously I have quite a few apps, and I've tried uninstalling/checking memory for about half of them. What do you guys think?

All apps closed, I have 264 MB free.

But you have WAY more tweaks than me.

If battery didn't drain so fast I would love to have that many tweaks. :(
