Memory Stick Duo to SD adapter?

My old laptop had a combo SD/XC/MS card slot. I have a Sony digital camera, which uses a Memory Stick Duo card. Are there any MS-Duo to SD adapters out there so I don't have to hook up my camera every time I want to get my card out?

I know this isn't exactly answering your question but wouldn't it be easier to just get a Memory Stick Duo USB reader?
