Memory Timings?

I'm looking to replace one of the 4GB sticks of DDR3 1333MHz RAM in my MacBook Pro with an 8GB 1333MHz stick. However, I need to know the timing of the memory - someone with FIRSTHAND knowledge please help! The memory model number is:

HMT351S6BFR8C-H9 NO AA
