Memory upgrade - what and where? (London)

I want to upgrade my Powerbook (details below) to 2GB memory. I've heard that there are perfectly good alternatives to buying from Apple

Can anywhere recommend anywhere in London I can buy it from and/or specific brands that would work on my Mac?
