I'm going to upgrade my memory in my iMac Late 2013 with 3.5 GHz Intel Core i7 I currently have
Crucial 8GB Kit (4GBx2) DDR3 1600 MT/s (PC3-12800) 204-Pin 1.35V/1.5V SODIMM Memory For Mac - CT2K4G3S160BJM
what do you recommend I install if I upgrade to 32GB iMac Memory? running Mojave 10.14.3.

Why would you need to reinstall? Mojave works fine on even 4GB. I feel 8GB is pretty comfortable though. But you can upgrade ram without changing/reinstalling your OS...

I was referring to I should install Apple Certified Memory but I am not sure what model/brand I would like to get some more for gaming.
Oh, no that doesn't matter. Just get ram that matches the speed of what is in there already, or if you're replacing all sticks just make sure it supports the speed you get. Crucial is always a good option, too.
