Hey guys! About to purchase mac pro 2012. However I also have my mac 2006. I would like to know if the memories from 2006 are compatible to 2012. Thanks

No, MP1,1 and MP2,1 use 667 MHz FBDIMM , while MP4,1 and MP5,1 use 1066/1333MHz ECC RDIMM or ECC UDIMM.
