Menu Bar Animations Choppy in Tahoe and bad browsing performance

I have noticed that even on a M2 MacBook Air, the top menu bar animations are so choppy in macOS Tahoe. This is especially when you use Safari, it feels choppy like an Intel Mac again. Why is Tahoe so much more bloated? When I use apps like Chrome, the speed of it is fine, but when I use Safari, it’s very choppy. I also wanted to point out that I feel like the browsing performance in Tahoe just feels slow compared to previous versions. I mean Google Chrome especially feels slow and laggy in Tahoe and even Sequoia compared to Sonoma which was the last OS to really feel smooth on Chrome.
