Menu bar: Battery and Date icon in light grey

I wonder why icon on menu bar, also menu application menu the font color in light grey, it really hard to read.
I use the translucent menu bar.

But, If not tick the translucent menu bar, the menu bar color: black and battery percentage+data, time in black and 100% can not read.
