EDIT: Problem solved, I just had to empty the trash, lol. It started from there...

Hi,

I installed an app with a menu bar icon, and after I uninstalled it, the menubar icon still keeps appearing when I start my MacBook. I searched the whole system (also the Library folders) for rests of the App or a helper app, but could not find anything. There's also no entry under System preferences > Users > Startup objects. So how can I prevent the menu bar icon (i.e. the App helper) to launch at startup all the time?

Thanks for your help

Thanks, but the problem is already solved, I just had to empty the trash, lol. It started from there... I located it with the Acitivity monitor. It was Screenflow.
