Menu Error?

I recently noticed that when I go to two-finger click to get options that none are showing up. The bubble itself is showing up with no content inside of it.

That is an example of what is showing up sometimes. Does anyone know if this is something serious or what is causing it? It's annoying lol

Do you have any third-party software like OnyX or DragThing running? Any themes applied?
