macOS Menu like iTouch Photo gallery

Hi all,
i want to make menu like iTouch photo gallery. In my application there are icons, icons should appear in the bottom of view ,it should be scrollable.If initally 3 icons appear in view and if i scroll to right then 4th icon should appear, first icon should go. it should appear in round dobbin fashion i.e after i scroll last icon first icon should after.
