Menubar and dock disappeared!!

Hey Guys,

When using chrome, this is only affecting chrome by the way, my dock and menubar just disappears.
Note: I have not got any of the settings enabled that are to do with hiding the dock or whatever

Please advise this is really really annoying!!

I have attached a screenshot so that you can see what I mean.

Check your flags. Reset them to defaults. Try again.

I had the same problem as sparkzweb and wrldwzrd89's fix worked. Not sure how the problem came up, but thanks!
