Does anyone know of a hack/app/terminal command/etc to make the menubar, dock and desktop icons independent?

What I mean by this is that whenever you move the menubar between displays your desktop icons and dock will also relocate. Sure, you can move desktops icons back, but any time you download a file, create a new file or folder on the desktop, or copy a file to the desktop that file will appear on the display that has the menubar. And yes, you can force the dock to display on a different display just by pinning it to the right or left. But if you use bottom, it pins to the display that has the menubar.

Of course, I could restore the menubar to ALL displays, but I don't want to do that.

So, say I have six displays (I do) and I want the menubar on display 5, but the dock on display 3 and the menubar on display 1 - is there something that will let me do this? Right now with stock OS X, I can't.
