menubar not clear enough?

anyone have an idea to make the menubar clearer? its kind in an awkward stage of being too close to being opaque. id like to see it slightly more clear.. any suggestions on how to do this?

Ok, I never tried it, just saw it looked good and felt too lazy and cheap to pay...
