Menubar notification counter

Searching for a jb app that will put how many missed notifications you have in the menu bar. I saw a concept video a whole ago that showed it as the red badge used now on the app icons.

Notifications are so messed up. I don't want to use badges as this is redundant to notification center. So I got them all turned off but frequently have many forgotten about notifications in notification center.

I always said what's the sense of notification center if you don't know or forgot about your notifications. Like I said before, if your going to take from android, at least take the whole thing instead of half. We need notifications in the status bar.

So I take that as there is no solution. Inteliscreen does badges but only for phone/sms/email...

Plus, Im fine with the stock notification minus this one glaring omission.
