menubar wireless icon location

does any body know the location of the menubar wireless icon. i changed my menubar from gray to black and would like to change the wireless icon to white so i can see it. i've been able to find all the rest but the wireless one eludes me

ha i know where it is in the menubar. im trying to find it in the system files so i can edit the image.
