Meny size in ios26 - possible to reduce spacing?

I find a lot of menus in ios26 having a bit too much of spacing. Settings app for one but also the messages menu as seen in screenshot below. Is it possible to adjust somehow?

Unfortunately not. That menu in Messages is just so odd, I don’t see why it needs to be so massive and excessively padded compared to all other menus.

In my opinion it’s not just that menu but in settings as well. Even with smallest text setting the spacing feels unbalanced. But what do I know. I’m just a dev and not some ux designer
