Merge chapters in Handbrake?

Hey, so I’m ripping a DVD, and I’d like to merge two of the chapters (while still keeping the rest of the chapter markers). I’d think this would be as easy as unchecking one of the chapter markers, however this doesn’t seem to be an option. Is this possible?
