Hi everyone,

This is My Situation:

Basically, i had a botched back up several months ago, and didn't get some data back on my phone. I couldn't deal with it then so continued using my phone, which is why i now haev new data on my iphone (5c) that's not on the backup, & Vice versa.

I want all data from my back up to be on my phone, without losing anything new that's on my phone now.

On my iphone I have:

- Data that is on my iphone but not on my most recent backup. I want this data to stay on my phone.

- Data that is both on my phone and on my back up.

On my Backup i have:

- some Data that is also on my iphone now that I want to stay on my iPhone.

- Data that is not currently on my iphone that i want to get back on it.
______________

My question:

How do I get it All on my phone?

(Should I just sync it?
I don't understand the syncing process (i've never done it ) and so I'm worried about losing data on one side of the equation or the other. Inevitably iTunes will probably say that I have seen syncing conflicts.)

Thank you very much
