Merge tv show episodes into one file?

Toast 9 and 10 will allow you to put them all on one DVD with a menu system ( not sure about earlier versions if toast ). Also visualhub will allow you to merge the files and burn to DVD but without a menu system. Saying that visualhub is now dead as a project. (rip
