Hi All,

I am new to Premier Pro. Just downloaded PPCC 2015 and have a question about merging video clips with audio track and an audio clip from a different source. Both clips have a "clap" at the beginning.

If I select both clips in the Bin, Merge Clips, under Synchronize points I can select "Audio" "Track 2" and get a successful alignment of the clips--works great.

However, if I have both clips on the timeline, select them both, and then select Merge Clips I am unable to enter any of the Synchronize Point options in general and in particular "Audio" "Track 2". Hence, I am unable to get a successful alignment of the clips.

What am I doing wrong?

Cheers,

You might want to ask this in the Adobe forums.

Hi Simon,

You got my hopes up when I saw there was a reply to my thread. LOL.

I did post this question and several others on the Adobe forum. Did not get an answer. In fact, it looks like most threads on Adobe forums go unanswered.
