Hey all,

When I'm on the road I save a lot of contacts on my iPhone. I also have a list of contacts saved on my Macbook.

The contacts on both devices differ quite a bit from each other. What I would like to do is "merge", not "sync" my contacts throughout both devices. Every time I "sync" my contacts via iTunes it either overwrites my iPhone contacts with the ones on my Macbook, and vice versa.

Is there a way to combine both contact lists?

That's what "syncing' does, it only overwrites on the first sync.
If i add contacts to my phone and then sync with iTunes, they will be in my address book. It works in reverse, the same way.
