Hi Services subforum!

I've got a question that I'm still waiting for Apple to get back to me on (they've been really slow), as it relates to Apple ID's and Corporate devices.

I've recently taken over the handling of dispersements of cell phones for my work. And it's currently a bit of a mess.

We've allowed users up till now to either use their own personal Apple user ID on their corporate provided phones, or even worse, the previous person was manually creating them their own personal ID's.

I've got the process rolling in creating a proper apple business portal access. But now I am stuck in a situation where I need to start migrating those wild ID's out there under our own central controls.

Whenever I go to add the ID to the business management page, it warns me that the ID already exists and I CANNOT associate it with our apple business portal.

So far, I am not looking forward to the prospect of calling all phones back in, wiping them, and issuing new email address and ID's to the users.

Is there a way to merge these personal ID's to our corporate account?
