Merging separate bookmark files?

I have different bookmarks on different Macs. Is there a way to merge the files?

iCloud can merge and keep them in sync for you

after iCloud merges them, can they be downloaded to a Mac and be installed as bookmarks for the Mac?

You don't have to install them you just sign in to iCloud and it'll sync them over
