Merging two iPhoto libraries on separate iMac's?

So bit of a newbie question here - after a few hardware issues in the past (thanks Dell! ...never buy anything Dell again!) I am somewhat paranoid about losing my pictures.

Consequently I have ended up with libraries of my machines on two different iMac's in the house (same network). Poor discipline on my part has seen me, over the past year, add new photos to both - though not necessarily always - so I have two different version of my photo library.

Is there a simple way to "merge" two libraries to end up with the seam one on both machines - then I promise I will be more disciplined in future and copy new photos to both!!

I also have a Time Machine on the network now as well...

Looks like iPhoto Library Manager can do this.

Edit: FYI, I have no affiliation with them whatsoever. I simply googled "merge iphoto libraries" and this app popped up in a few articles. Amazing!

I use this software and can attest that it works very well. It's just a little slow and it's always scary to be playing around with your iPhoto libraries.
