Message App Request

We run a small business, and we have problems with communicating messages to our staff.

Say with WhatsApp after a while they will stop reading the messages, and therefore miss important information.

Does anyone know of a messaging app where the receiver has to perform some sort of 'checkbox' option to confirm they have read the message?

Any help will be gratefully received. Thanks
