Message Beta question: storage location

Hi forum,

I want to clear some disk space and i understand that the messages beta stores all your conversations and attachments. I know this cause every time i delete a conversation in the app, it's right back when that person messages me again (attachments included).

So where can i find the stored conversations and attachments and can i delete them without breaking the app?
