Hello guys,

There's something wrong with my iPhone 6 (iOS 8.4), but before I start, I will give you some info: I use iCloud Photo Library with the "Optimize iPhone Storage" option selected. This seems to be working correctly. I can see all my photos on my iPhone, iPad, Macbook (using Photos) and on www.icloud.com.. As soon as I take a new picture, I will be able to see that picture on the other devices. Great!

Now the problem: I went camping this past weekend. On Monday, I decided to start "Instagram" my photos... but I couldn't see my photos there. My "All Photos" album had only a few pictures (30/40) instead of 1810-ish. On top of that, all the photos were very old. I tried Twitter... the same thing. So I ruled out Instagram as the cause of the problem. Then I tried Apple's own Message app and the same thing happened (as you can see the photos above). The difference between the Message app and Twitter/Instagram is that once I selected "Photo Library", I was able to access all my photos.

Photos App (everything looks good here):

Message app should display the latest photos, but that's not the case, although it got "better" over the past 24h:

Message app when I click "Photo Library":

Instagram totally broken (yesterday it was only displaying 30/40 photos on "All Photos"):

Now the interesting part... Layout, an app by Instagram, display all the photos correctly (although the "All Photos" count is slightly different from the Photos app):

Flickr, another app I use constantly is working correctly as well. I really don't know what to do. I already "Reset All Settings", and it didn't work. I don't want to reset the entire device and start it over because I'm going on vacation tomorrow and I won't have time to setup my phone in time.

Have you guys seemed this before?? Any ideas?

Thank you all!
