Message Notification on the latest watchOS

I am using an Apple Watch s0, which can not install the latest watchOS 5. For watchOS 4, when a message is filtered in iOS, the notification is still pushed to watchOS, which is ignoring.

My question is, is this issue fixed on watchOS 5? For me, I think the filtered messages should not be notified.
