Message preview

What are your thoughts on having the preview on for messages? I find it convenient for viewing my pages without going into the message. But there are private messages I get that I don't want anyone seeing if my phone is on my desk or the conference table.

Can't decide.

i always let my preview show.

There have been instances where i got something i didn't want anyone else to see, but those are so few that i just don't care anymore.

I have message preview on. I guess I'm kind of boring as I don't get any messages that I wouldn't want anyone else to see.

I wish there was a way that it would just say "1 new message from Bob". Disabling it completely is annoying cause I want to know what caused the vibration I got.

When disabled it still tells you who it's from. Just not the message contents. It will say the persons name and then text message.
