Message while running disk permission

I get the following message when running Repair disk permissions and since I am still new to mac wanted to know if this was something serious or what

Started verify/repair permissions on disk disk0s2 Macintosh HD
Warning: SUID file "System/Library/CoreServices/RemoteManagement/ARDAgent.app/Contents/MacOS/ARDAgent" has been modified and will not be repaired

I upgraded my OS to leopard instead of doing the full wipe and install.

You can safely ignore this message. It is accurate, but not a cause for concern.

If you want to be a stickler, it can be cleared up by running repair permissions from the OSX boot disk, can't it?
