Messages and Mail not showing up on Macbook

Hi,

Perhaps this is the wrong section, but I was not sure where to post.

My Macbook does not sync together with my iPhone. I have both under the same iCloud account, yet the messages, mail, numbers and pages are well behind on my Macbook compared to my phone.

Any way to fix this in sync on my Macbook?
