i can't find an option to delete recents on phone app and there is no option to delete all messages on messages app.

You can delete a whole conversation by swiping over it in the messages app.
For calls I didn't find any options to do the same.

Yeap i know.... i just want to delete all stored messages in once..... not one by one :)

Out of curiosity why? No one can access your messages on your :apple:Watch.

Just for storage issues if there are any. Do they get auto deleted after a while ?

The :apple:Watch has 8GB of storage and has about 6GB free after all Apps are installed. Text/Message storage on your :apple:Watch is one of the last things you should worry or even think about.
