Hi guys,

When I send a message on Messages app using my Google account for Gtalk (actually now Hangout but apples still says Gtalk), it sends messages fine. And I think it receives messages fine to in the app. However, when I send a message from the google website, or on my phone's Hangout app, the messages I sent don't show up in the Messages app on my mac.

So when I chat for some time on my phone with someone using Gtalk, later on when I check the Messages app, the conversation is full of only the other person saying, and none of my messages are there, as I didn't send them using the Messages app.

There seems to be some setting in the preference, but I'm not sure if by changing some of them, I can make those messages sync. Is it possible?

Thanks!

I've been bothered by the same thing for a while now. Facebook chat user and Messages.app never syncs what I say on the web. Unfortunately I don't think there's a workaround. It's just another lack of feature.

hmm..I see. Thanks for letting me know. I guess I'll have to live with it.
