I love the new Messages App, but I have one gripe. If I begin a conversation with someone, I see their conversation on the right, and the contact's name I'm currently chatting with is on the left of the conversation window.
It's handy if I have more than one conversation going at a time, but when I'm only talking to one person, which is most of the time, I don't need to see that.
For instance, I've attached a screenshot below. The chat is on the left and the contact list is on the right. On a laptop screen, I need whatever real-estate I can get. That name on the left takes up around 40% of that whole window. Is there a way to disable or hide that?
