Messages.app URLs?

So right now I have an AppleScript showing me Growl notifications when buddies login to iChat/Messages. I'd like to add a callback URL to those notifications, so that when I click them, it will open an IM to that buddy. Apparently for AIM the URL is as simple as "AIM:screenname". But I can't figure out what the scheme is for other service, such as Google Talk. Can anyone offer any help?
