I picked up my watch yesterday and my watch gets texts whenever it wants. I have done all the referred to fixes and its still happening. I have unpaired about 5 times and paired and started from new and yet it still happens. I am at a lose at this point.

Just to be sure. When you're using an iOS device (iPhone/iPad) your Apple Watch won't receive notifications as they are going through your iOS device.

So for example if you're using your iPhone/iPad, you're Apple Watch won't give notifications about iMessages, etc. But if you're not using your iPhone/iPad they'll go straight to your Apple Watch.

This through me off too.

I noticed
• if I'm on my phone = no notification on the watch
• if I'm on my iPad = 1st notification on iPad, then a few seconds later the watch
